1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and external factors such as weather, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 499.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

- Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
- CareOne is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear re-shipping costs.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) with photos of the packaging and product.
- For lost shipments, contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
CareOne is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or pandemics
- Courier partner operational issues
- Government restrictions or customs delays
- Incorrect address or recipient unavailability
- High-volume sale periods (Diwali, festivals, etc.)
