Refund & Return Policy

At CareOne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we've made our return and refund process simple and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and unopened, in its original packaging.
- The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- You received the wrong product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products with tampered or missing seals.
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective). Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, CareOne will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method - we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary - please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be asked to provide your bank details.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled - please follow the return process above after delivery.

7. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice.
- Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer - processing times can vary.
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@careone.in.
