How exactly is the 20% marketing reinvestment tracked & reported?

For every ₹1 lakh of stock you order, ₹20,000 is allocated to a territory-marketing pool. Spending happens across Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube pre-roll, and regional TV-commercial slots — all geo-targeted to your specific territory.

Every quarter you receive a reconciliation: ad spend by channel, reach numbers, engagement metrics, click-throughs to careone.in. We can also share Meta Ads Manager view-only access on request.

What happens if my territory has another CareOne partner?

Territory exclusivity is volume-linked. If you commit to a minimum quarterly volume (case-by-case, depends on territory size), your territory is contractually protected — no other distributor will be onboarded in that pin-code radius without your written consent.

For lower-commitment partners, we operate a non-exclusive model with channel-conflict resolution built into the contract.

How do you actually enforce the ₹699 held-price across marketplaces?

All Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and Blinkit listings are operated by CareOne directly — there are no third-party sellers, no grey-market re-listers, no authorised resellers. This means the ₹699 selling price is set centrally and cannot be undercut by anyone but CareOne itself.

We do not run "launch sale," "festival discount," or flash drops below ₹699. The pack carries a printed MRP of ₹999 — the ₹300 differential is the permanent customer-perceived 30% saving that your retailer pitches at the counter.

What is the actual landing price for me as a super-stockist?

Indicative super-stockist landing price: ~₹420 per unit (40% off held retail of ₹699). Sub-stockist / wholesaler landing: ~₹560 per unit (20% off held). Final landing is formalised in the partnership agreement after Step 2 (commercial sheet).

Higher volume commitments unlock improved landing terms. We share volume-tier pricing once we understand your territory + capacity.

What's the dispatch & delivery process for orders?

First order: 250–500 units, 100% advance, dispatched within 7 working days from order confirmation. Shipping via DTDC, Delhivery, or our nominated freight partner depending on your territory.

Subsequent orders: dispatch within 3–5 working days, payment terms typically advance for first 2–3 cycles, then opened to credit terms on case-by-case basis.

What if customers return the product or complain about results?

D2C return rate is <2% — among the lowest in the FMCG skincare category. Every tube carries our email + WhatsApp + 24-hour response guarantee, so complaints route directly to CareOne, not you.

Reverse logistics is our responsibility. Damaged-in-transit replacements are pre-funded by us. You stock and sell — that is the entire job. We never push customer service work onto the channel partner.

2026 H2: TrueCare Cleanser + TrueCare SPF — the two companion SKUs to TrueCare Cream. Together they form the complete CareOne 3-product entry-tier line.

2027: Targeted body-care line extension + salon/dermat-clinic channel programme + regional language pack variants for deeper Bharat penetration.

Distributors who establish TrueCare Cream in their territory get first-right-of-refusal on every subsequent launch. This is contractual.

Where is the product manufactured and what are the compliance credentials?

Manufactured at a GMP-certified Indian facility with BIS-aligned heavy-metal screening on every raw-material batch. CareOne is GSTIN-registered (19AAVFC7734J1ZO), UDYAM-registered MSME (WB-10-0181303), and the product meets CDSCO cosmetic manufacturing compliance per the Cosmetics (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
